We are thrilled to bring you our sustainably crafted mycelium lamps. Each lamp is made-to-order, ensuring that every piece is grown authentically and with care. Please review our shipping policy below to better understand the process and timelines involved in receiving your unique product.
Pre-Order Acknowledgment
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email right away. Since our lamps are made-to-order, please allow 2-6 weeks for creation before shipping. Once your lamp is ready, we will send you an update along with tracking information.
Order Processing Time
Since all of our lamps are handmade and grown to order, please allow between 2-6 weeks for the creation of your lamp before it is shipped. Each piece is carefully crafted to meet our high sustainability standards, which can take time to ensure the highest quality.
Shipping Time
Once your lamp is ready, we will ship it to the address provided during checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. In general, standard shipping times are:
Domestic (within Australia): 5-7 business days
International Shipping: 10-21 business days (depending on the destination)
Please note that these shipping times are estimates and can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, holidays, and customs procedures for international orders.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the shipping method you select. If you're in a rush, we also offer expedited shipping options at an additional cost.
Packaging
We use eco-friendly packaging materials to minimise our environmental impact. Your lamp will be carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. All packaging is recyclable to further reduce our carbon footprint.
Order Tracking
Once your lamp has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your order's journey from our workshop to your doorstep.
International Orders and Customs Duties
For international orders, please be aware that customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
Changes to Orders
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order. After that, the production of your lamp may have already begun, and we may not be able to accommodate changes.
Lost or Damaged Items
We are committed to ensuring that your lamp arrives safely. In the rare case that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at team@umbrellus.com.au. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Returns/Exchanges Policy
As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy for more details.
Out-of-Stock Items
In the rare event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you immediately with an updated estimated delivery date. We strive to maintain a steady stock of materials to minimise any delays.
